British-Nigerian writer Temi Oh recently gave birth to a baby girl. A big congratulations to Oh on becoming a new mom!
Oh shared some sweet photos of her new baby and the father Benedict Douglas-Scott on Instagram on October 7. The joy is clearly visible on the new parents’ faces as they look upon their new baby.
Oh named her new baby Jubilee. In her caption, she remarked: “The other day, we had a baby girl! JUBILEE OCHUGBOJU DOUGLAS-SCOTT. After waiting 5 years for her, she was born lightning-fast.”
Temi Oh is the author of science fiction novel Do You Dream of Terra-Two?, which won the American Library Association’s Alex Award in 2020 and was an NPR Best Book of the year in 2019. Her next novel More Perfect will be published in May 2023.
We wish Oh a joyful start to her motherhood journey and hope that she is able to enjoy the next few months with her little one. Congrats to Oh and her family!
