In October, we brought news of the publication of Lives of Great Men, a memoir by New York University journalism professor Chike Frankie Edozien, which is the first by a Nigerian to focus on queerness. The book has drawn praise from Chris Abani, Maaza Mengiste, and Diriye Osman, among others.

Lives of Great Men was launched on 23 November in London and on 30 November at New York University’s Africa House.
