The SprinNG Writing Fellowship (SWF) is open for applications!

The fellowship is an “intensive 6 weeks online mentorship program for developing writers with great potential and willingness to learn.”

It is open to Nigerian and Ghanaian citizens/residents, between the ages of 18 and 25, who have not yet published a full-length work.

The fellowship will focus on poetry, fiction, non-fiction, book review, play/drama, and blogging. For the duration of the program, mentees will receive feedback on their work from mentors. Mentors and mentees will aim to work on at least one piece of writing in their selected genre for each week of the program.

Communication between mentors and mentees will be via email, phone calls, whatsApp and text messages. All mentees will be provided weekly N500/¢10 airtime during the program.

The application period ends on April 15. Successful mentees will be announced on May 15. The fellowship period will take place from June 1 to July 15.
