Dear Brittle Paperians, we are taking 7 days off this holiday season!

We have enjoyed every single moment spent keeping you informed about the African literary scene with tons of exciting book news, reviews, features, and lists. As the year winds down, we want to say a big thank you to everyone who supported us, near and far.

This year, we have loved helping our readers navigate the African book scene. Between book news, book lists, book features, and book reviews, we featured well over 400 books this year. African book publishing both on the continent and abroad is growing, and we proudly take on the challenge of keeping you up-to-date.

While we look forward to what 2024 will bring, we will be taking 7 days off to recharge. We will be back on January 1.
