Chef Kwame Onwuachi has announced the tour for his third book, All Hours: Crazy Good Food for Whatever, Whenever, out September 22 from Knopf. Presented by Resy and Knopf Cooks, the All Hours Tour runs September 16–26 across Washington, D.C., Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Philadelphia, staged mostly as ticketed dinners inside Onwuachi’s own restaurants and the kitchens of chefs he’s collaborating with along the way.

The tour opens September 16 at Dōgon by Kwame Onwuachi in Washington, D.C., before moving to his Las Vegas restaurant Maroon the following night, both as Resy-ticketed dinners with pre-sale seating. Los Angeles gets two stops: an in-conversation event with filmmaker Ava DuVernay at Reparations Club on September 18, followed by a collaboration dinner at Cookbook Market & Cafe in Larchmont on September 19. New York carries the bulk of the tour’s back half, opening with a dinner at Fish Cheeks on September 21 before the tour’s centerpiece on September 22 — “All Hours Show with Kwame & Friends” at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater at Lincoln Center Theater, with an Amex-exclusive ticket tier pairing the show with an after-party at Tatiana, his flagship restaurant. Onwuachi returns to Tatiana twice more that week, first for a Resy dinner on September 24 and then to host chef André Fowles’ My Jamaican Table on September 25. The tour makes a stop at Chicago Gourmet’s Global Stage on September 23 before closing September 26 with a dinner at Philadelphia’s Zahav.

The tour follows an announcement of All Hours, which gathers the recipes Onwuachi cooks to keep himself fed around the clock, morning dishes like Corn Milk French Toast, afternoon staples like Souped-Up Top Ramen, and cross-cultural mashups like Brussels Sprout Suya, co-written once again with James Beard Award–winning author Joshua David Stein. It’s Onwuachi’s third book after his memoir Notes from a Young Black Chef (2019) and cookbook My America (2022), both also written with Stein.

Tickets for each stop are available individually, with most dinners running through Resy and the Los Angeles and Lincoln Center events ticketed separately.
