Nigerian publisher Masobe Books is now accepting submissions! Emerging authors are invited to submit their manuscripts for consideration until March 31, 2025. 

Masobe Books is actively seeking captivating stories that reflect unique perspectives. While they welcome submissions across all genres of literary fiction and non-fiction, this year they are especially interested in Romance manuscripts.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Manuscript Format: Submit the first three chapters or first three stories of your manuscript in Microsoft Word,Include a one-page synopsis detailing all major plot points, including spoilers and the ending and format your submission in double-spaced, indented paragraphs, justified only, using Courier New font, 12pt size.
  2. Submission Process: Visit their website at http://www.masobebooks.com/submissions/. Click on the link titled SUBMIT MANUSCRIPT and complete the submission form. Only ONE submission per writer is allowed. Multiple submissions may lead to disqualification.
  3. Selection Process: Submissions will be acknowledged and assessed by the editorial team. Authors will be contacted within twelve weeks only if Masobe Books are provisionally interested in publishing their work. Due to the volume of submissions, they may not be able to respond to all applicants immediately.
