Moroccan author Laila Lalami has announced a book tour in support of her new novel The Dream Hotelreleasing March 4!

The Dream Hotel tells the story of Sara, who, upon returning home to Los Angeles from a conference abroad, is detained by the Risk Assessment Administration (RAA) based on the data from her dreams. Eerie, timely, and deeply reflective, the novel raises questions about the balance between privacy and surveillance in the modern world.

Lalami expressed her excitement at having the opportunity to more about the themes of her novel and meet readers in person. She writes, “I’d love to see you in person; talk to you about what it took to write this novel; the intertwining worlds of fiction, technology, and precrime; and sign your books.”
