It’s holiday season, and we are introducing a new tradition. We are launching an annual anthology about festivity. This year, we are starting off with a collection of writings by African writers that explore those universal rituals that make this time of the year memorable: Food, Family, Faith, and Festivity. Together this makes a collection we are calling HomeGrown Joy. Download for Free HERE.

HomeGrown Joy contains 18 pieces from 19 brilliant writers from across four countries, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Nigeria, and South Africa. The collection is divided into four parts:

Part I: Let’s Raise A Glass is about the food that brings us together.
Part II: To Those We Hold Dear looks at the different ways we experience family.
Part III: In the Name Of centers on faith and belief.
Part IV: Joyous Days Ahead finally focuses on the pure festivity of the season.

We are excited to start this new tradition with all of our readers and hope you enjoy this first volume.

Here’s to a wonderful festive season. Happy Reading!
